How to Earn PDHs for Webcasts
Professional Development Hours (PDHs) are available for registered attendees of CWP webcasts. The PDH is a nationally recognized measure of participation in non-credit continuing education programs that meet established criteria for increasing competency. Attendance for each entire webcast is required to earn the PDH certificate, and we record the names of attendees for our records.
While our training programs are developed with certification criteria in mind, the varying nature of certification requirements for each state and/or organization means we cannot guarantee that PDHs will be awarded by the agency for which you are seeking training certification. We are happy to provide documentation to help individuals obtain credit for attending our trainings, but it is up to you to determine if PDHs will be awarded based on the policies of their local certifying board.
To earn PDHs for attending Watershed & Stormwater Webcast Series, each registered individual must:
1) Officially register as an attendee for the webcast.
2) Attend the entire webcast using the same information as you registered so that we can prove you attended.
If you follow both of these steps, we automatically send you a pdf Certificate of Completion electronically that includes a blank name field where you can type in your name to receive credit. Each webcast is estimated to qualify for 1.5 PDHs.
CEUs
If you attend all 10 webcasts, you qualify for 15 PDHs or 1.5 CEUs.
