CWP will be photographing and videotaping this event. By attending, you are allowing your image to be used by CWP in its discretion if included as part of group photos or videos of the attendees.  If you do not want to be included, please use the Photo Opt Out check box on the attendees form to let CWP know that you do not want to be photographed. 

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the event management software we normally use, and are using a workaround solution. You will need to fill out a form for each attendee individually. During registration:

1. Please enter the name of the attendee in the Shipping Field of the form if it is different than the billing name.

2. Please send attendee contact information (email address and phone#) to center@cwp.org so we can make sure the right person is registered and keep them up to date on the latest information
