Sponsorship Opportunities
The Center for Watershed Protection’s 2025 National Watershed and Stormwater Conference will provide access to stormwater professionals, researchers, and government employees. Your sponsorship is an easy and affordable way to promote your organization to the stormwater community, while supporting the continued development of this field.

Deadline for sponsoring the national conference is April 2nd 2025. We strongly recommend sponsoring in advance to receive maximum marketing benefits. We can not guarantee logos will be included on select marketing materials after March 10th 2025.
You can sponsor either by:
1. Contacting Marlyn Argueta at mia@cwp.org or Karen Titus at kmt@cwp.org for help with a sponsor purchase.
2. Using the gray “Sponsor now” button to fill out an online donation form.
Please send attendee contact information (email address and phone#) for the staff that will be attending so we can make sure the right person/people are registered and keep them up to date on the latest information.

1. Conference Attendee Bag Sponsor
Display your company logo on attendee bags. Sponsorship includes recognition in conference program. CWP purchases bag and the sponsor can also provide an insert to go inside the bag.

2. Conference Badge Lanyards
Display your company logo on lanyards. Sponsorship includes recognition in conference program. CWP purchases lanyards.

3. Conference Mobile App
Your logo will be displayed at the front of CWP’s mobile app that helps attendees keep up to date on conference changes, exhibit information, notifications, extra activities, field trips and more.

4. Cocktail Poster Reception Event
Sponsorship includes company name/logo displayed on special welcome signage, as well as in the conference program. Also, includes acknowledgment during the morning opening remarks. The event will include one complimentary drink for all attendees and light appetizers.
