Students must email their student ID and verification of their full-time student status to kmt@cwp.org in order to receive the student rate. The verification must contain how many credit hours the student is currently enrolled.
Charlotte Marriott City Center is situated in uptown Charlotte, NC, the city's business and entertainment hub. The hotel is located near Charlotte Convention Center, Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte Douglas International Airport and CTC Train Station.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) are available for attending the conference. The PDH is a nationally recognized measure of participation in non-credit continuing education programs that meet established criteria for increasing competency. We provide a pdf Certificate of Completion that details the amount of hours available for conference attendance.
PDHs will only be provided to registered conference attendees if requested by the date of April 16, 2026. PDHs cannot be provided after that date due to reporting requirements.
While our training programs are developed with continuing education criteria in mind, the varying nature of certification requirements for each state means we cannot guarantee that PDH’s will be awarded. We are happy to provide documentation to help individuals obtain credit for attending our trainings, but it is up to the individual to determine if PDH’s will be awarded based on the policies of their local certifying board.
Cancellations must be made by phone (410-461-8323) and/or e-mail (center@cwp.org) to the registration coordinator. Full refunds will be provided up to 1/31/26. Registrations canceled between 2/01/26 and 3/01/26 will receive a partial refund and are subject to a refund processing service fee of $150.
No refunds will be given after 3/01/26: however, registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization ONLY IF you contact our registration coordinator to confirm the transfer before 4/01/26.

CWP will be photographing and videotaping this event. By attending, you are allowing your image to be used by CWP in its discretion if included as part of group photos or videos of the attendees. Should you not want to be included, please identify yourself to a CWP staff member so that you can be directed to an area not likely to be photographed.
