1. Conference Attendee Bag Sponsor
Display your company logo on attendee bags. Sponsorship includes recognition in conference program. CWP purchases bag and the sponsor can also provide an insert to go inside the bag.

2. Conference Badge Lanyards
Display your company logo on lanyards. Sponsorship includes recognition in conference program. CWP purchases lanyards.

3. Conference Mobile App
Your logo will be displayed at the front of CWP’s mobile app that helps attendees keep up to date on conference changes, exhibit information, notifications, extra activities, field trips and more.

4. Cocktail Poster Reception Event
Sponsorship includes company name/logo displayed on special welcome signage, as well as in the conference program. Also, includes acknowledgment during the morning opening remarks. The event will include one complimentary drink for all attendees and light appetizers.

5. Sponsor a Lunch or Breakfast - Only 4 spots available
Sponsorship includes company name/logo displayed on table cards, easel poster board, conference program and acknowledgment during the meal. The event will be in the meal area/general session room of the Conference.

Deadline for sponsoring the national conference is April 2nd 2026. We strongly recommend sponsoring in advance to receive maximum marketing benefits. We can not guarantee logos will be included on select marketing materials after March 10th 2026.
